Welcome to Bea-utiful kitchen. Today's recipe is super
easy and healthy. It is a salad where the base ingredients are couscous and
tomatoes. From there you can pretty much add whatever you want and make it your
own. I used:
Ingredients for 4 people:
-200 Gm. Couscous
-Can of chopped tomatoes
-Can of tuna in brine
-A can of garden peas (with half can is enough)
-Olive Oil
-Sal
-Black pepper
-Balsamic Vinegar (or you can use squeezed lemon)
It's about eating for very little money so we saved
using cans and the result is quite nice. It is challenge has cost £3 and we
ate four people.

The tuna is very economic if you buy it in packs of
three or four that can cost us about £3.5 in Iceland, for example.
The olives, corn or egg are also very well within.
It's all going according to your taste.
The interesting thing about this recipe is that to
hydrate the couscous, you do not need to cook it previously. The tomatoes are
enough to hydrate it and adheres their taste to the couscous flavor. Ideally,
is use grated tomatoes... but with the can, logically, it is faster. Practical
thing about that: if you are in a hurry and want to take to work your lunch.
You can put all the ingredients together in a tupperwere and when we will open
it, the food will be all set with a Couscous perfectly ready.
The intention was to make a video "crappy"
to put quick on the Internet ... but when
Eva Nieto and me are together... well, I mean, this has been the most
crappy video that we could make... Also thanks to my friend Mary who
accompanied us and she was very happy eating the salad at the end of the
shooting.
And this is the first Bea-Utiful Kitchen... Hopefully,
we can enjoy many more!

(Y ahora en español)
Bienvenidos
a Bea-Utiful kitchen.
Yo he
usado:
Ingredientes
para 4 personas:
-200 gramos de
Cuscús
-Lata de
tomates troceados al natural
-Lata de
atún al natural
-Una lata de
Guisantes (con media basta)
-Aceite de
Oliva
-Sal
-Pimienta
